Centerpiece / tureen in white ceramic and blue stripes, made by Galvani Pordenone in the 1950s Ø 25 cm h 16 cm The "Galvani" ceramic factory in Pordenone was one of the most important Italian artistic factories of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. More than a century and a half of production translates into thousands of ceramic artefacts, intended for the most varied uses. They reflected fashions, styles and aesthetic tastes of different socio-economic periods, striking for the surprising modernity of the shapes and colors.
