Art Deco Vase Cherub Resting On A Bed Of Clouds Cream Coloured Ceramic
About the Item
This lovely French Art Deco cherub was made at the beginning of the nineteen twenties. The ceramic vase was cast from a charming mould and has a beautiful cream coloured glaze weith crasquele. It is designed as a chubby cherub supported by a pile of clouds, the cherubs hands are stretched to receive something, most likely some exquisite flowers.
The sculpture has some minute wear, it has been loved and used.
