Extraordinaire Swedish Floor Vase "Palma" by Hjördis Oldfors, circa 1950 This rare, unfired example was left behind at the closure of Upsala-Ekeby and is believed to be a prototype for the production line "Palma." A note inside the vase records its dimensions, Hjördis Oldfors, active at Upsala-Ekeby from 1952, is known for her distinctive series such as Kokos and Tropicana.
