French Green Water Jug With Wooden Lid
About the Item
Found in France, this green glazed ceramic water jug dates from approximately 1910. Classic provincial amphora shape with one of the handles incorporating a functional pouring/filling spout. It is very unusual to find these vessels with their original wooden lids. Makes a great rustic vase or decorative display vessel. Unknown maker.
