Goldscheider Vienna stunning girl figurine: Girl figurine accompanied by Scottish Terrier - This Figurine Group is Called: Come With Me! This model was once created by Germaine BOURET (1907- 1953). Bouret was a French illustrator, having become famous caused by her designs of children, inspired by street life of Paris. Bouret created post cards and graphical representations of various sizes, having been rapidly put about in Farnce. Bouret illustrated, too, children's books such as Alice in Wonderland. This Bouret-Model was designed by Stefan (= Stephen) DAKON (1904 – 1997) for Goldscheider Manufactory. Stefan Dakon was a well-known Austrian sculptor and ceramics artist. He worked in close association with Josef LORENZL: Both artists produced many exciting bronze figurine sculptures of the Art Deco period. Their models were used among others by members of the association of bronze producers "Wiener Bronzen" ("Vienna Bronze"), as well as by the famous ceramics manufacturer Goldscheider from Vienna. Dalkon and Lorenzl designed models for the Austrian ceramics manufacturer Keramos, too. made circa 1938 model number 7664 / 520 / 10 Hallmarked: Goldscheider WIEN (= VIENNA) stamp mark Made in Germany (= manufactured after March 1938) painter's sign & signature 'G. Bouret' existing Subject: A figure of a girl looking down to a Scottish Terrier which sits on earth: She is going to prepare for leaving house / for this reason the girl wears a cap and a cape - finally she is going to slip over her hands a pair of gloves / the dog is eagerly watching activities of its mistress: Obviously it is looking forward to coming along - the scottish terrier waits for the girl's OKAY ... she is wearing elegant short dress of typical style of the Thirties ... The figurine group is based on oval black support.
