Flattened stoneware Post Modernist teapot with lid by California architectural artist Kazuko Matthews. Teapot measures 16" by 12" by 4" and is signed Kazuko Matthews on its bottom. In very good vintage 1980s condition. Mathews studied with Otto and Vivia Heino at Chouinard and with Paul Soldner at Scripps College. Matthews work is in many public and private collections.
