This is a good spill vase or beaker made by Mason's ironstone, Lane Delph, England in the mid 19th century, circa 1850. The pattern is called Japan Willow an would have been transfer printed with over-glaze hand painted bold enamels. The vase is fully marked to the base with a black rectangular crown Mason's printed mark and hand painted mark 1369 in red below
