This is an English Electroplated Silver and Cut Crystal Claret, Wine Jug or Decanter. It depicts a red and clear crystal body adorned with a pattern of oval figures and a cluster of diamonds. The crystal body is mounted in electroplated silver at the base and neck. The silver is enhanced by a high relief of grape’s vines. The spout is decorated with a finial made of a grape vine. Below the base is hallmarked EP A1, made in England.
