Heavy Crystal Pedestal Coupe
About the Item
This stylish cut crystal pedestal bowl, or coupe, dates from the 20th century. Crafted from high quality heavy crystal, it features deep sides which have been cut with a long elliptical design on the lower half, which create a multitude of patterns when viewed from different angles. The stem incorporates a substantial ringed knop that adds a great deal of stability to the coupe, which stands on a shaped circular base. This coupe would make an elegant table centrepiece by itself, but would be even more pleasing if filled with a selection of colourful candy or exotic fruits.
