Hicks & Meigh enameled Imari ironstone plate in cobalt, vivid green and iron red. Center vase with chrysanthemums, peonies and blossoms. Blue underglaze on reverse with mark and numbered 3/1053. Regency period, England, circa 1822 - 1835.
