Seven Scottish Plaid Inspired Large Soup Bowls England Circa 1870

About the Item

This set of seven large soup bowls features a colorful border with an intricate design painted in yellow, orange, green, and purple. Along the border, there is also a repeating impressed basketweave pattern. Dimensions: 10.5" diameter x 1.5" deep Condition: Excellent Marks: Beginning in 1842 and continuing until 1883, English ceramics required a registration mark from the British Patent Office. The underside of each dish with registration marks for 1863. Price: $700
