70s Blue French Crystal vanity set of 6 pieces, L'Étain a la Rose, - France

About the Item

Amazing 6-piece dressing table set, made in France by the House "L'Étain a la Rose". The set consists of a large bottle to store perfume, another for bath salts, another to store cotton, a smaller bottle with a spherical cap, a perfume sprayer and a smaller bottle, all of them made of pressed glass. The bluish hue is spectacular, especially when the light hits it. Both the covers and the labels are made of pewter, as well as decorated with engraved motifs, both the rose, the brand's logo, and different floral motifs. All the caps are in perfect condition and the bottles close properly. In some cases, the brand sticker is preserved at the bottom, while in others it has been lost, although the glue is still visible. L'Étain a la Rose was a French company registered in the 70s of the 20th century that reproduced glass kitchen utensils, crockery, different types of containers, bottles, jars… The company was established in 1957 in the region of Maine-Et -Loir in France and closed in 2010 (store closed in 1987, located on rue d'Hauteville in Paris). Rose or Rose Design pewter has been gravity cast or sand cast and each piece is made from high quality metal. In order from largest to smallest size (height): Part 1: EAU DE TOILETTE insert (29x9 cm.
