A stunning Scandinavian Akva (aqua) blue glass bowl. Made by Holmegaard of Denmark and designed by Per Lutken in the 1950's, pattern number 15735, signed to base. Beautiful as a standalone object to bring the elements of glass, shape and color into your interior. Holmgaard was and still is one of the foremost glass manufacturers in Europe today and Per Lütken was one of their most renown and talented designers. Goes well in any setting, especially a mid-century modern themed home.
