About the Item
The Cecilia Wisteria vase is a jewel of Giberto's collection, created in Murano using the traditional crackle
technique.
Small in scale yet rich in character, it is designed to hold a single flower-an homage to the wisteria bloom that inspires its sophisticated color. The delicate form is animated by bubbles and fine crackles, achieved through the fascinating process of plunging the hot glass into cold water, a technique mastered in collaboration with Maestro Gianni Seguso. This rare craftsmanship makes every piece unique, an intimate expression of Venetian artistry. Elegant and understated, the Cecilia vase captures the essence of spring and brings it indoors all year round, reflecting both Giberto's creative and elegant spirit but also the timeless identity of the brand.

Giberto
Founded in 2005 by Giberto Arrivabene Valenti Gonzaga, Giberto Venezia embodies the spirit of Venice and its centuries-old tradition of decorative arts. Raised in Palazzo Papadopoli, surrounded by Tiepolo frescoes and the grandeur of the Grand Canal, Giberto transformed his cultural heritage into a creative language made of Murano-blown glass, sculptures, frames, and distinctive objets d’art. His collections, from signature glasses with colorful rims to mirrored vases, from glass sculptures to homages to artists such as Rothko, emerge from the dialogue between Venetian memory and contemporary vision. Over the years, Giberto has presented his works at several editions of the Venice Glass Week, reflecting his constant pursuit of new techniques and interpretations. With the opening of his boutique on the Rialto Bridge in 2024, Giberto has created an intimate and poetic space where the slow rhythm of Venetian craftsmanship meets the cosmopolitan energy of the city. Each creation is not just an object, but a fragment of history and beauty, capturing both the light and the soul of the lagoon.
