Fratelli Toso? Murano Blue & Green Glass Sculpture Bowl

About the Item

Here is a beautiful, large and very heavy (1.5kg unpacked) 1950/60's Venetian freeform blue & green glass bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. I've been unable to positively identify this bowl so far. Based on the style my gut feeling is Fratelli Toso, and while researching I found the same design attributed to Fratelli Toso, with a reference from the book "Murano Art Glass of the 20th Century". However I've been unable to track down a copy of this book in order to check. Size Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 10.5 inches in diameter at widest point. Condition Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
