Pair of 'Newcastle' Design Glass Decanters

About the Item

Pair of bell-shaped glass decanters decorated with moulded vertical pillars below broad shoulder rings. The stoppers are of inverted bell form also featuring moulded pillars to match the decanters. This shape is commonly known as “Newcastle Design”. England, C.1860.
