Irina Flore is a multidisciplinary designer and the founder of Studio Flore, a design studio focusing on design research, functional art objects, and innovative products. Each design has an elaborated process with research on material, form, and function. The fabrication and the process is essential aspects of the narrative of her designs. A collection of three vibrantly hued handmade sculptural glass vessels by Berànek with reticulated top edges and vibrant colors with white accents: lime green with white ribbon, blue with white drip lines and blue with white inclusion. Emanuel Berànek started his studio in Czechoslovakia during the war using waste broken glass in peat furnaces.
