This is a pair of vintage decorative ewers. An Italian, glass and silvered cast metal claret or win serving jug, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1960.
Attractive serving jugs with Italianate appeal
Displays a desirable aged patina throughout
Striking cubed glass in very good order to both
Polished collars with domed lids and sinuous handles
The lid adorned with a small finial over engraved leaf motif
Decorated spout opposite wonderfully shaped, slender handle
Collar finished with a repeat of the leaf pattern detail
Lid interior finished with distinctive crackle finish, marked with Italy
