About the Item
A beautiful cut and engraved ruby Goblet. The goblet is faceted, Engraved hunting motif in 19th century style. The engraving is gilded, gilding was used to make the engraving stand out more.Gilding was exclusively used on colored goblets. The goblet comes from the sample room of the now-defunct Czech glass company. Egermann. In the collection of this company there were many beautiful pieces of art, both historical and modern. These works were purchased either by museums, private collectors or other glass companies. The cup probably dates from the 20th century and is made in the style of the 19th century. The goblet is in perfect condition with no damage.
