Heading : Extremely large Scneider pitcher Date : c1921-1926 Origin : Epinay-sur-Seine, France Decoration : Mottled burtn orange, plumb and citrine glass, fire polished with applied black handle Glass Type : Lead. Size : 36.2cm height, 18.8cm diameter Condition : Excellent, no chips or cracks Restoration : None Weight : 2240 grams All museum and documented examples of this form with specific dates of manufacture are in the range 1921 to 1926. A minimum of nine various shapes and size of pitcher and jug were produced in the years from 1921 to 1930. For a commercial manufacturer this was clearly a very successful line of decorative and functional objects.
