Pair of American mahogany cutlery boxes with inlaid satinwood banding, tulip wood cross banding, original ormolu mounts & fitted interior, diamond string inlay, and terminating on original brass floral ball feet. The interior is Spanish Cedra and the secondary wood is white pine. Charleston, SC, Late 18th century.
