About the Item

A fine set of three bench made reproduction Georgian style mahogany knife boxes with figured maple inserts, decorative hardware and beautiful figured mahogany veneers and carved feet, copying circa 1800 knife boxes found in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. The set dates to the 20th century is in very good overall condition, with some hardware imperfections (clasps need to be reattached), and other minor surface imperfections and light wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: Left: 19 in H x 10 in W x 10.38 in D, Center: 17.5 in H x 10.13 in W x 10.5 in D; Right: 18.75 in H x 10.13 in W x 10.38 in D. Ref: 13855
