- William III Britannia Standard Mug Made in London by Thomas Parr I, 1699By Thomas Parr ILocated in London, GBA Very Fine William III Britannia Standard Mug Made in London in 1699 by Thomas Parr I The Mug has a slightly tapering "Can" shaped form and stands on a spreading reeded foot. The lower half of the main body is decorated with raised vertical flutes. The upper section displays a horizontal girdle flanked by semi-circular motifs and an upper band of punched foliate motifs. This fine piece has a slightly everted reeded rim and a scroll reeded handle. The Mug is of a very good weight and gauge and is fully marked on the side of the main body in the patterning.
