This is a good oval shaped serving dish or bowl, made by the Derby factory, hand painted and gilded in a free flowing floral pattern, during the reign of George 111 in the early 19th century, circa 1815.
This is a well potted oval shaped dish or bowl with a vertically fluted and moulded side edge and rim, sitting on a low foot.
The piece is beautifully hand decorated in a free flowing manner, in one of Derby's Imari style floral Patterns, with enamels of cobalt blue, burnt orange, pink and yellow, all in varying shades. It has then been hand gilded, with gold detail to some of the flowers, blue leaf, the inner border and the outer rim.

This is a good set of five early desert plates, all in the Basket Japan pattern, made by Mason's Ironstone, Lane Delph, England and dating to circa 1815-1820.
The plates are well potted with a circular shape, a moulded rim and sit on a low foot.
The pattern is hand painted with typical bold enamels of cobalt blue, burnt orange and salmon, all in varying shades, over an under-glaze transfer printed outline. This pattern is one of Mason's earliest and most popular chinoiserie influenced designs called "Basket Japan", as illustrated on page 103 of a guide to Mason's patent ironstone patterns, circa 1813-1848, published by The Mason's Collectors' Club.

The beautiful English porcelain Bone China plates depict a pattern found on Chinese Export porcelain and were most likely made as replacements. The pattern depicts a boy on a buffalo in a Chinese landscape with polychrome colors particularly green. A band of orange ribbon is painted around the rim.

This is a good quality coffee can that we attribute to the coalport porcelain works, Shropshire, England, made during the John Rose period of the George 111rd years, circa 1805-1810.
The coffee can is nominally parallel, tapering slightly to the base, with a simple loop handle and pointed attachments. It has a shallow foot recess with obtuse corner and is unmarked to the base.
The pattern is beautifully hand painted in gold gilt over a burnt orange ground, upper border pattern, with further gilt decoration to the outer handle and gilding around the upper and lower rims.

An exceptional, fine and impressive, antique George IV English sterling silver egg cruet set for three persons; part of our dining silverware collection.
This exceptional antique George IV sterling silver egg cruet set consists of three egg cups and three associated spoons, displayed on a functional original purpose-made stand.
The original hallmarked egg cups have a bell shaped form onto a circular spreading pedestal foot.
These silver egg cups are embellished with cast and applied floral and foliate decorated borders to the upper portions, in addition to a band of leaf decoration to the each foot.
The three associated hallmarked English sterling silver spoons have a plain tapering form with leaf ornamentation to the terminals.
This silver cruet set is supported and displayed on the original and impressive cast sterling silver circular rounded stand, ornamented with foliate decoration.
The surface of the stand bears three circular receivers enabling the egg cups to stand securely in situ; these supports alternate with integrated receivers for the three egg spoons.
The receivers surmount an exceptional pedestal constructed of three putto figures stood with their arms elevated, bracing scrolling supports to the plain circular boss.
The original antique stand features a central carrying handle modelled in the form of a foliate wreath.
Each antique egg cup and egg spoon retains the original gilt interior.
The initials displayed within the maker's marks, in addition to the standardization of the surround could pertain to a multitude of antique silversmiths; these silversmiths include William Eaton, Ellerby, Esterbrook and Eley II.

This is a very rare, ironstone Two Handled, Ice Pail or Wine Cooler Pot, made by Mason's Patent Ironstone China Company, of Lane Delph, Staffordshire, England, circa 1818.
This piece is substantial and heavily potted, weighing about 2.2 Kg un-packed.
The pot is circular with 12 vertical sections, sitting on a low foot with an everted rim. The two side handles are strongly potted and this piece is quite suitable for use or display, as an ice bucket, wine bottle cooler or perhaps as a vase or centre piece.
The piece is decorated in the Mason's recorded pattern called "Basket of Flowers" which is a vibrant floral pattern, hand polychrome enamelled over a sepia print on a white glaze. This pattern is illustrated on Page 30...

This is a very good English "RUMMER" drinking glass, which were originally drinking glasses used in English taverns in the late 18th and early 19th century.
The glass is handblown and made from lead glass, having a soft greyish colour. It has an ovoid bowl, well engraved with a band of swags and tails on a short wrythen stem, sitting on a conical foot, having a snapped off pontil below.
The bowl is also vertically cut with narrow panels which rise vertically from the stem and stop at the shoulder.

These are a fine early set of six ironstone pottery dinner plates made by the Mason's factory at Lane Delph, Staffordshire, England and beautifully decorated in the small vase, flowers and rocks pattern, fully stamped and dating to the earliest period of Mason's Ironstone production, circa 1818.
This design is one of Mason's very decorative Chinoiserie patterns called "Small Vase, Flowers and Rocks" pattern, which is one of Mason's rarer patterns with very rich hand gilding and all hand painted, the detail of each plate being different. This Imari inspired pattern is illustrated on page 110 of a Guide to Mason's Patent Ironstone patterns, circa 1813-1848, produced by The Mason's Collectors Club.

Georgian Davenport Ironstone Very Large Plate in Stork Pattern No 24, Circa 1815

This is a finely hand painted large and rare early Stone China (Ironstone) plate / stand or platter which dates to the George 111 period, circa 1815. Made by the DAVENPORT factory of Longport, Staffordshire Potteries, England.
The plate is very well potted with a slightly raised central circular section.
This plate is beautifully hand painted in a pattern called "Stork", which is pattern number 24 and one of Davenport's very few Chinoiserie patterns.
This bold pattern features polychrome enamels with a stork, chrysanthemum and peony in an oriental garden. There are under-glaze blue transfers in under-glaze cobalt blue, with orange, pink, and brown over-glaze enamels. The pattern is embellished with excellent hand gilding.
This pattern is a match to the Ralph & James Clews pattern called " Crane in Chinese Garden". A photo of the Clews plate in this pattern is on page 142 of Griselda Lewis' "A Collector's History of English Pottery".
