French Majolica Rabbit Pitcher Made for the Int'l Exhibition in Paris ca 1900

About the Item

A Rare and highly collectable French glazed ceramic pitcher in the shape of a Rabbit. The design is a wonderfully detailed rabbit wearing a green ribbon bearing a '1900' medallion, which is the year the Rabbit was made and sold at the International Exhibition in Paris . A compliment to many settings from a simple decorative piece, as a useful pitcher is the kitchen or perhaps for use in the bar. A luxurious Easter holiday gift, housewarming or hostess gift. The ceramic is in pristine condition with no chips or cracks after well over 100 years!
