Italian Murano Glass Modern Pitcher Jug with Yellow Lime Green Filigrana

About the Item

Venetian Handblown jug vase in clear blown Murano glass, with yellow and lime green filigrana swirls around the body. The handle is elegantly left in transparent crystal clear glass to reflect light and the rim of the jug is highlighted with a rounded yellow rim. A happy beach design piece that has a nice size to serve also as a vase. 'Filigrana' is a traditional technique, which dates back to the 16th century where long glass rods are wrapped around glass and blown into shape with glass-making tools.
