Italian Terracotta Gold Glazed Incised Figural Pitcher by Fratelli Fanciullacci

About the Item

Vintage terracotta pitcher with incised design and hand-painted gold handle/accents designed by Fratelli Fanciullacci for Elbee (ca. 1950s, ltaly). Etched sgraffito linear pattern with gold figural design (man and woman) executed in a primitive style with limited details. The reverse side depicts a scarf and sword (likely, a family crest). Excellent, vintage condition with only light patina to the applied gold accents. Signed "Italy 8245" to the base. H: 10" x L: 6" x D: 4.5"
