Charlotte Rhead Art Deco Crown Ducal Floral Tubelined Art Pottery Charger

About the Item

A stylish decorative Crown Ducal Art Deco tubelined pottery charger decorated with floral designs by Charlotte Rhead and dating from the early 1930s. The charger is of rounded shape with a central floral design set within a large band containing brightly colored trailing floral blooms with a stylized formal border decoration around the edge of the charger. Hand painted in tones of blue, green, orange and yellow on a cream colored ground the charger is numbered 5983 and has printed Crown Ducal marks along with signature marks for Charlotte Rhead. In very good condition.
