The outer body shows the textured surface left by the hammering technique used in the making of this piece. The jug is formed of two pieces of brass meeting at the mid-section with a decorative joint. With the original lid. The lid has a wide collar that sits inside the top of the jug, keeping the contents from spilling during transport. A thick handle is securely attached to the body.
