Regout charger,, the outer edge has a flow blue background with foliate , this is separated a repeated design of various stylized flowers and foliate in shades of orange, coral, tan, and flow blue. The center features a flow blue urn with a similar variety of flowers and foliate as the border. The mark on the back has a sphinx with P. Regout Maastright below and PERSIAN in bold letters ( there is also the number 15 impressed nearby).
