Elementa Fruit Holder by Mingardo

About the Item

Elementa fruit holder by Mingardo Dimensions: D16.5 x H8.5 cm Materials:Natural satin brass and natural varnished iron Weight: 5 kg Also Available in different finishes. Elementa is a small collection of round table and kitchen accessories: trivet, fruit holder and paper roll holder. They are made in brass with plain var-nished iron and they take inspiration from the factory environment: just like gears, they are characterized by the precision of the juxtaposition of different sized discs and pivots, which creates an innovative aesthetic touch to the table. Mingardo Ilario founded Mingardo Blacksmith Workshop in 1970, after over twenty years’ experience in the metal processing field. The production was initially focused on simple blacksmith works for the construction industry. Over the time, it has become more refined, enabling the company to collaborate with internationally renowned companies and architects: from the first collaborations with architect Carlo Scarpa to the more recent commissions for Museo del Novecento in Milan, Parco della Musica in Florence, and Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari. Over the years, the Workshop has achieved great results, with the production of unique metal products, all hand-wrought by a highly skilled team of specialized artisans. Nowadays, it is highly regarded in the local artisan field for its high-end refined finishing touches and details, and for its know-how
