About the Item
Very nice ewer, carafe from the early 20th century. The body is made of chased glass while the handle and spout are made of pewter, a very rare element and one of the oldest known at least since antiquity. The handle is graceful with a vegetal motif, as an inspiration of the Louis 15 style.
