Kromex Trio of Chrome and Gold Tone Serving and Tidbit Trays
About the Item
Wonderful retro trio consisting of a serving tray, a single tier tidbit tray, and a double tier tidbit tray. All produced by Kromex in a chrome finish with gold tone handles. They are in great vintage condition, circa 1950s.
This set of three Kromex serving pieces will make your party buffet! These pieces are from the Kromex line entitled Vogue. The set is comprised of a single large serving tray with double gold tone scrolled handles, a single tier tidbit tray with a matching gold tone handle, and a double tier tidbit tray with the same matching handle. They are all three in good vintage age appropriate condition. Kromex kitchen ware and serve ware was produced in the mid-1950s by Alcoa Aluminum Company. Much of the Kromex product was made using surplus aluminium and brass shell casings and offered for sale to the public by popular retailers such as Montgomery Ward and Sears. Kromex pieces were recognized for their clean lines and space-age feel. Retro yet timeless these pieces will last for years and years to come. You must make them yours.
