About the Item

Simple lines, a modest form, and a well-worn finish give this small Qing-dynasty tray a provincial charm that recalls the warmth of home. Rich with character, the tray has a weathered finish that reveals the light coloring of the wooden frame and twine reinforcements laced through the corners. Years of use have imparted a smooth texture and an antique patina. We've installed a silver-toned mirror to the base to transform the rustic tray into an elevated serving platter, wall mirror or catch-all dish.
