Petite Pair of English Hard-Paste Porcelain Vases, circa 1825

About

These beautiful Ovid form vases, while unmarked, appear to the work of the Derby factory possibly Barr, Flight and Barr. They have floral panels on one side and a gold leaf design on a cobalt ground on the other. They possibly were originally part of a mantel garniture. The workmanship and beauty are exceptional.
