19th Century Rounded Walnut Oil Jar

About the Item

This lovely rounded 19th century walnut oil jar has an interestingly shaped spout and elegant side handle and would have once been used for the storage and pouring of walnut or olive oil. Glazed in a wonderful glossy yellow-brown earthy glaze, this capacious vessel is full of rustic charm and would make a perfect decorative piece in a kitchen or on a storage shelf.
