A fine documentary teapot, probably made to record a marriage between a sailor and his lass. Pearlware, enamelled with a square-rigged schooner.

    Museum restorations to the tip of the spout and tiny hair lines to the rim and some chips. The lid has been broken in two and fixed, there are associated chips to the under side of the lid.
