WELLER POTTERY PARROT JARDINIÈRE AND PEDESTAL, Decorated by Rudolph Lorber, Zanesville, Ohio, circa 1919 Marks: A 32 inches high (81.3 cm) (jardinière on pedestal) The jardinière and pedestal decorated with polychrome parrots among chrysanthemum blossoms. Lorber was the head of the Weller design department at that time, and trained Dorthy England
