The surface of the blades are embellished with a impressive bright cut engraved simplified scrolling leaf decoration with a suspended leaf festoon accented with a central floral motif. The plain tapering handle is embellished with an applied reed bordered stylised bud motif, reflecting a classic King's shape design. The interior of the blades, stems and bridge are plain and unembellished.
