A superb antique French faience Desvres lidded butter bowl dish tureen with attached underplate, circa 1900. Maker's mark on reverse. This charming dish has lovely scalloped edges, a hand painted armorial crest, and floral decoration in the traditional colors of blue, yellow, green, and orange. It displays beautifully and is a wonderful early piece of French faience.
