The aesthetic appearance of this utensile is very flattering and does not leave indifferent. Nothing like it to sublimate, embellish your country or urban cooking and give it that little retro decor that everyone likes.
This tool used by a great cooking professional who owned a renowned restaurant in a Breton. He appreciated this material ´for cooking. Thanks to the equal distribution of heat, his dishes attached less quickly to the Sauté pan. The diffusion of the heat being done slowly, he succeeded wonderfully his simmered dishes.
