Rare Oval 1820's Wedgewood Creamwear Reticulated Dish

About the Item

Rare form antique, early 19th c. English creamware dish by Wedgwood. With a pierced and reticulated border and a central relief reserve showing a classical scene of an angel driving a chariot perhaps "folly driving the chariot of love". Displays beautifully and fully functional. Also note the delicate rope trim.....exceptional.
