About the Item

A beautiful and extremely collectible decanter by the Swedish Sylvia Stave, who designed for C.G. Hallbergs until 1940. She had a brief and lauded career, and created a body of work known for its elegant austerity. Her silver designs are in the Nationalmuseum of Stockholm and other museum collections.
