The bowl of the serving fork incorporates five-shaped tines.
These exceptional examples of silver flatware are fitted with impressive green colored cut glass handles with a hobnail style ornamentation to the bulbous handpiece.

An exceptional, fine and impressive pair of antique Victorian English sterling silver Old English Thread pattern salad servers; an addition to our silver flatware collection
These exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver salad servers have been crafted in the Old English Military Thread pattern.
The spoon has a plain rounded bowl and the fork has six tines.
The anterior surface of each silver server is embellished with the contemporary engraved crest of an eagle rising, in its beak an escutcheon pendent by a ribbon, thereon a hank of cotton.
The crest is encompassed with a garter bearing the motto 'Multa tuli fecique' - I have borne and done many things*.
The reverse surface of the serving fork and spoon incorporates a pip to the terminal, in addition to a rounded heel to the bowl/drop.
