    This is a truly magnificent and highly distinguished pair of antique Victorian silver-plated five-light, four branch table candelabra by the renowned silversmiths Elkington & Co, Birmingham, bearing the Elkington mark with date letter for 1873. Each of these splendid candelabra features a stunning fluted stem with Corinthian Capital cast socket and detachable arms with four foliage cast branches, each terminating in a tapering socket with a further central socket. To add even more splendour to this superb pair, they stand on an impressive square shaped bases decorated with classical urns. The undersides of the candelabra bear the registration number 18123. The attention to detail is fantastic and they are certain to attract attention wherever they are placed. Condition: In really excellent condition, please see photos for confirmation of condition.     This is an exceptional pair of antique English silver plated wine coolers by the renowned silversmith Hawksworth, Eyre & Co of Sheffield, circa 1870 in date. The wine coolers stand on circular pedestal bases with decorative Faustian masque handles and bodies which are masterfully embellished with grape vine decoration. Each cooler is fitted with a removable lid and liner and the lids are engraved with crests of a bull. Add some classic elegance to your home with this lovely decorative pair of coolers. Condition: In excellent condition. As antique items, the coolers show minor signs of use commensurate with age, these minor condition issues are mentioned for accuracy and, as seen in the accompanying photographs, they display beautifully.
