Set of Twelve French Deco Jax / X-form mitred silver-plated knife rests (ca. 1940s, Italy).
In the style of Christofle, but unsigned. There is an illegible hallmark to a few of the rests, but the branding is too small to decipher.
Unpolished condition, light wear/tarnish remains, as shown.
Two of the rods are slightly askew and don't sit completely flat, as shown.
