Louis XV style inkstand with chinoiserie design, lacquered top. This rare and stylish inkstand is a work of the house Boin-Taburet, goldsmith in Paris. This impressive size inkstand comes with beautiful inkwells with lid and cobalt blue glass liners (one replaced). The surface of this rippled and silvered rim inkstand is decorated with a lacquered, naturalistic chinoiserie design. The contrast of the two materials and colors makes this quality antique stand out even more. Again great value for money and delivery from our store to your door is complimentary.
