An exceptional, fine and impressive antique George V English sterling silver and enamel dressing table tray made by Levi & Salaman; an addition to our diverse ornamental silverware collection. This exceptional antique George V sterling silver and enamel tray has a plain rectangular form with rounded corners. The plain and unembellished raised sides of the antique tray have a plain moulded border to the rim. The well of the tray is embellished with an exceptional, fine and impressive hot enamel panel depicting a bay with a grassed cliff with sailboats to the calm water to the far side and subtle dunes to the hut accommodating beach to the foreground. A tray of this type is rarely found with such decorative enamel work; usually the ornamentation would be plain coloured guilloche. An exceptional, fine, and impressive, rare antique George V English sterling silver and enamel lighter; an addition to our smoking related silverware collection. This exceptional antique George V sterling silver pocket lighter has a rectangular form with rounded sides. The surface of the body is ornamented with a fine and impressive hot enamel panel depicting a newspaper article from 'The People', Sunday May 5, 1929. The reverse surface and sides of the body are plain and unembellished. The hallmarked upper portion of this rare lighter is fitted with a cylindrical, hinged lever/snuffer. The underside of this antique lighter bears two hallmarked screw fit stoppers, allowing access to the wick and petrol Chambers. Such examples are becoming increasingly difficult to locate. An exceptional, fine and impressive, pair of vintage English cast sterling silver and enamel salt and pepper set, in the form of a soft boiled egg in an egg holder - boxed; an addition to our silver cruets or condiments collection. These exceptional vintage Elizabeth II sterling silver condiment set consists of a salt Shaker, a pepper Shaker and two spoons. The pieces of this silver and enamel salt and pepper set have been realistically modelled in the form of soft boiled eggs in egg cups. Each condiment Shaker is ornamented with an enamel eggshell design with the top portion 'cracked' away to reveal the pierced salt and pepper holes; the upper portion of the pepper retains the original gilding. The enamel and silver egg covers detach from a bayonet style fitment to a brown enamel decorated egg cup; once the cover is removed it can be determined the pieces were commissioned to be used as functional egg cups. The spoons have circular rounded bowls to plain waisted stems and terminate with cast finials encircled with scalloped borders and circular motifs, accented with initial 'M' to one and 'N' to the other. These vintage silver and enamel salt and pepper set are fitted to the original hinged crimson leatherette presentation box, with a velvet and satin lined interior and secures with two hinged catches.
