20th Century Italian Sterling Silver Comport
About the Item
Italian sterling silver stand made in the 80s of the last century.
The structure of the object is very simple, with a smooth double-stepped base.
In the stem of the base, small lines have been made to reinforce it and make it stable also to accommodate the weights that will be placed on the upper plate.
The round dish is smooth and bordered on the external circumference.
Just inside the dish, an elegant decoration with waves and scrolls in a continuous design have been chiseled making the behavior very harmonious and proportionate.
Its small size allows it to be placed anywhere in your home, and is suitable to offer sweets, chocolates or pastries.
