About the Item

American Silver Kiddush Goblet, dedicated in the year 1913. This is a significant piece of early American Judaica from the turn of the twentieth century. Engraved on the outside of the goblet is a dedication from the members of the Congregation Children Of Israel Synagogue seemingly celebrating an anniversary year from 1873 to 1913 when the cup was dedicated. Kiddush Goblet rests on a circular stepped dome base with a conical stem topped by a stepped band. Large upper body is simply applied to the stem and has a trophy shape with a banded rim Marked inside of the bottom base.
